Monthly Allotment
Interactions are any message, voice note, or email sent to or received by players, including any replies from an AI or live agent.
Each plan provides an allotment of interactions per month for your workspace:
Free
1,000
Amateur
5,000
Pro
25,000
Champion
50,000
VIP
100,000
If that volume is surpassed then your audience, AI agents, and live agents will be unable to start new conversations or communicate through existing conversations until the earlier of:
The monthly billing anniversary
Additional interactions are purchased

More interactions can be purchased for immediate use in these ways:
Free
Upgrade to the Amateur plan
Amateur, Pro, Champion
Upgrade your plan; or,
VIP
Contact your Yola account rep; or,
Create a ticket requesting more interactions with Yola's platform bot
Additional Interactions Bundles
These bundles are one-time purchases for the Amateur, Pro, and Champion plans.
Each bundle provides an additional 2,500 interactions, consumable within the current monthly billing period.
To purchase:
Expand the toolbar with the Yola icon button, if it's not already.
In the expanded toolbar is the workspace's monthly interactions counter. Select Get more to go to the Stripe checkout page.
Update the Qty button to edit the number or bundles for purchase.
Complete checkout. Purchased interactions are available for immediate use.
Additional Interactions Bundles do not carry over to the subsequent monthly billing period. For example, if you purchase 5,000 additional interactions on the 10th day of the month, and the billing anniversary falls on the 25th, the workspace will be able to consume the additional interactions until the 25th. The total interactions resets to the plan's allotment on the monthly billing anniversary.
