AI Agent Handoff

Allow conversation to transfer to another AI Agent.

An AI Agent Handoff requires at least one available agent in the workspace.

The AI Agent Handoff action is similar to Human Handoff, but transfers the chat to another AI Agent rather than a live agent.


Configuration

An AI Agent Handoff action is configured by specifying an available AI Agent. The following settings are required:

  • AI Agent ID - the static ID of the AI Agent.

  • AI Agent Secret - the static secret key of the AI Agent.

  • Platform Domain - the actual address of the AI Agent.

Press Verify & Save to confirm the new AI Agent.

You can find the AI Agent information in the General tab located in the AI Agent Dashboard.


Handoff

When an AI Agent triggers the AI Agent Handoff, the chat session ends on the current AI Agent and is permanently transferred to the new AI Agent.
