By default "New Chatbot" is always created in each Sub-company.
To switch between chatbots, simply select from the dropdown list as demonstrated below. Moreover, you have the option to create a new chatbot.
To create a new chatbot:
Click on open dropdown near "Chatbots" sign.
Click on "+ Create New Chat bot".
In opened Create chatbot pop up choose "New bot" to launch your chatbot from scratch.
Upload chatbot icon (optional), add name and choose default bot language. Click the "Create" button.
The Settings tab for the created bot will open up and you can optionally add additional languages.
To adjust chatbot settings:
Select the desired chatbot from the dropdown menu.
Navigate to the Settings tab.
You can customise the following:
Bot Icon: Update the chatbot's icon.
Chatbot Name: Edit the bot’s name.
Available Languages: Add or remove supported languages.
Default Language: Change the bot’s primary language.
Large Language Model Toggle: Enable or disable the use of a third-party Large Language Model (LLM).
Crafting an effective prompt is the most crucial step in ensuring your chatbot responds accurately and behaves in a way that closely resembles a human agent. For optimal results, consult this guide on best practices, and continue to refine and test your prompts to achieve the desired behaviour and performance.
To delete a chatbot:
Open the desired bot in the dropdown menu.
Click the "Delete" button.
Confirm the deletion by clicking "Delete" again in the confirmation pop-up.
