Managing Sub-Companies

In Yola, companies can have multiple sub-companies, each with independent chatbots and chats. Only users with access to a specific sub-company can view its chats and configurations.

Upon signup, a default company is created for you. You can create additional sub-companies if you wish to keep brands or companies separated.

To manage sub-companies, go to Company Settings by clicking your initials on the bottom left and "Company Settings”. You’ll be able to create, delete, and change the settings of the sub-companies you have access to.

Create a new sub-company:

Select Sub-Companies and click Create Sub-Company.

Delete a sub-company

Select a sub-company using the checkbox and click Delete Sub-Company.

Edit sub-company settings

To edit or remove the sub-company image, change the name or description, or enforce 2FA for all or specific users, click on a sub-company and make changes in the right-hand panel.

Sub-company ID and takeover secret:

This information is required for integrations and can be found by clicking on a sub-company in the right-hand panel that appears.
