Testing your chatbot is a crucial step in ensuring it behaves as expected and provides accurate, seamless responses to users. Yola makes this process simple by allowing you to test your chatbot through a built-in test page.
In the Chatbots module, select the chatbot you want to test from the dropdown menu at the top.
Click on the "Apps" tab.
Choose the preset webchat "Default Webchat", or create a new one.
Navigate to the "Setup" section.
Click the "Test" button to open the test page.
Interact with the chatbot on the test page to evaluate its behaviour and appearance.
