Platform Modules

The Yola platform is broken into six primary workflows, referred to as modules:


Onboarding Steps

Generate your AI experience

Go to AI Assistants to create, customize, and deploy an assistant to your favourite messaging channels.

Invite your team members

Select your avatar > Company Settings to configure branding, policies, and invite team members—including live representatives that will chat with your audience.

Chat with customers

Go to Inbox to see all conversations (facilitated by AI assistants and live reps), and Analytics for reports on your audience trends.

AI Assistants

Manage AI chatbots and the channels they deploy to. Every chat begins with an assistant serving as the first line of support.

Inbox

Manage and respond to people in this dedicated helpdesk, across all channels for both realtime chats and email tickets.

Livechats

View all chats the were handed off by an AI assistant to a user in your company.

Tickets

View and manage all tickets in a dedicated repository.

People

View and manage all registered persons in your audience in a dedicated CRM.
