Navigate Yola from the main dashboard.

After signing in to Yola you will land on the main dashboard. Here you can chat with our to learn how to use the platform.


Toolbar

On the left side of the viewport is the toolbar, with buttons for:

  • Expand/collapse toolbar

  • Main dashboard

At the bottom are account-related options:

  • The number of remaining in the current month. Select to purchase more.

  • The current being viewed. Select to change sub-companies if two or more exist.

  • Your user name and online status. Select to open the profile menu where you can:

    • Toggle between online and away, affecting your new when functioning as a live rep.

    • Toggle between light, dark, and system colour themes.

    • Go to Company Settings.

    • Go to Account Settings.

    • Change Company if your user account is linked to more than one.

    • Sign Out.
